How do I join the referral program?
First thing is first! Join the Creative Enabler newsletter and your Referral Link will be automagically sent.
Where do I find my referral code?
You will find your unique referral code at the bottom of every Creative Enabler newsletter and inside the Referral Hub.
How do I refer people?
- Scroll down to the “Share Creative Enabler” at the bottom of the Creative Enabler newsletter
- Select the “Click to Share” button
- Be transported to your custom referral hub
- Share Creative Enabler to your community by sharing your unique referral link on social media or even sending an email to five of your creative friends
I don't see my referrals being counted!
In order for your network to be counted as a referral, a few things need to happen:
- The email address must be confirmed to sign on to the Creative Enabler newsletter
- Referral count will update within 3 days, check back in the Referral Hub
- If referral count still does not move, ask your referrals to check their spam folder for the automated email notification
How do I know if I am eligible for swag?
You will receive an automated notification from the Creative Enabler Team notifying you of your referral status when you become eligible for free stuff.
How do I claim my free swag?
You will receive an automatic email from the Creative Enabler Team notifying you of your swag status with a provide redeemption code that you can use in the Referral Hub to claim a reward.
Physical items, like postcards, stickers, and prints, will be shipped to you direct from the printing facility and you will be prompted to provide your shipping address for these items.
For digital swag, you will receive an email with next steps or direct download to claim your free stuff.
